Protecting your account information

Your personal information is entered and transmitted through 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which creates an encrypted connection between your browser and our servers. This information is kept encrypted at all times. Only you know your MoneyDesktop and other account passwords.

Your information is stored on servers that are securely housed in an Internet server hosting space that provides enhanced physical security, fire protection and electronic shielding. Security personnel monitor the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to our servers requires multiple levels of authentication.

Protecting your identity

We will not sell or share your data with anyone unless specifically requested by you. Our Privacy Policy describes, in detail, how we will protect your personal privacy and keep your personal information secure.

If you request a termination of your account, your information will be permanently deleted from our database. In addition, all unused MoneyDesktop accounts are automatically deleted after six months of inactivity. We will notify you before we make any changes to your account.
